"A Gluten Attack"

Hi I have been GF for about 2 years, unfortunately on occasion when gluten seems to sneak into my plate discussed as something else, the next day is hell!!

Has anyone else had the bloated stomach, painful tummy cramps and headaches? Is there any remedy out there to relieve these symptoms? Thanks Julz

Yeah, I didn't realise my reaction would be so bad either, coz most of my symptoms have been exhaustion and mentally related in the past. However, I get awful tummy cramps, headaches, gross feeling and just all over MISERABLE too! You're not alone!
I've found that anti-acids help me, and a good curl up with a hot water bottle and a movie. I'm looking at getting some probotics though, for when I get "glutened" to help recolonise and heal my gut.
Apart from that, nope, I don't have anything :(
