Hi I am Lucy
Ross, Webmaster for the Gluten Free Kiwi.com. I started my gluten free
journey in Early 2006 after years of itching, scratching, asthma,
eczema, skin infections, moodiness, bloating, grumpiness, lethargy, low
energy, depression, chubbiness, gas, and discomfort.... and one thing
is for sure... I sure do not miss it one bit!
This gluten free lifestyle has been a real learning curve for me...
especially when eating out, or traveling, so I though I should share my
experiences with other gluten free kiwi's and help spread the word. I

Well being gluten intolerant myself, I

resembling the taste of plastic and cardboard... thats where I come in,
this site is for you to benefit from my investigations into the world
of being gluten free. The food allergies, products, recipes, where to
dine, traveling on a gluten free diet, and so the list goes on!
