I started my gluten free journey in Early 2006 after years of itching, scratching, asthma, eczema, skin infections, moodiness, bloating, grumpiness, lethargy, low energy, depression, chubbiness, gas and discomfort.

One thing is for sure... I sure do not miss it one bit!

The Learn As You Go Process

Finding out what my allergies were and the gluten free lifestyle has been a real learning curve for me, especially when eating out or traveling. I though I should share my experiences with other gluten free kiwi's and help spread the word to make gluten free life easier.

Well being gluten intolerant myself, I know how hard it can be to find reliable information, product reviews, recipes, and news on being gluten free.

Theres so many gluten free products out there, some good and some resembling the taste of plastic with the texture of cardboard and sand... That is where I come in!
