I started my gluten free journey in Early 2006 after years of itching, scratching, asthma, eczema, skin infections, moodiness, bloating, grumpiness, lethargy, low energy, depression, chubbiness, gas, and discomfort.... and one thing is for sure... I sure do not miss it one bit!
