Allergy Blood Tests in the North Island?

Does anyone know of a doctor, preferably Taranaki, that does the proper blood testing? Even just the gene testing! Got a grandson who is 20 months and has been gluten free since 10 months and was too young to get tested.

Plus I've got the rest of my family that need to be tested, as there is both coeliac and wheat allergy in family!

Our family doctor thinks the only reaction to gluten is a rash on your elbows!
