Anatoth Gluten Free Product Review.

Anathoth products were always prominent in our fridge when I was growing up. I like to have a little relish or jam on my toast or with meals for flavour so enjoyed trying out some of the range.

Anatoth Pickles, Chutneys and Relishes- Chow Chow

An old favorite of mine, Chow Chow Pickle is great with cheese and crackers  and cold meat. Packed with flavor I really enjoyed the chunky vegetables you could really taste the flavors of of cauliflower, cabbages, green tomatoes and capsicums.

Anatoth Pickles, Chutneys and Relishes - Fruit Chutney

I admit that I have never really been a fan of sweet things with savory things but this product changed my mind. Smear a little on to a plain rice cracker, with cheese, or even cheese by itself and it is delicious. This product would also go fantastically with Indian dishes, cold meats, roasts or a cheese platter.

Anatoth Pickles, Chutneys and Relishes - Sweet Corn Relish

I have just tried this product with corn bread and mini gluten free pizza's. Its a tasty treat that combines savory capsicum with the zing of sweet corn. I really enjoyed it with cold meat and thought it was a great addition to pizza or cheese.

Anatoth -  Apricot Jam      

Normally I am a raspberry jam girl, but this is my new favorite. It tastes like real apricots and has a really good sugar at acid ratio giving it the perfect apricot flavor. This is a must have for my kitchen as would taste fantastic in baking.
