Baking/Contamination

I want to bake gluten free cookies for my sister. If I use my stoneware pans that I've cooked many non-gluten free products on, will they contaminate the cookies?

You will need to give them a good clean down to ensure not flour is left on them or in your mixing bowels/blenders/sifter or on your bench.

mixing bowls NEW

Hello there, your safest thing would be to buy a separate set of mixing bowls and sifter to use for your sister's baking, then you won't have to worry about cross contamination with your own baking ingredients. same with your mixer beaters and bowl. Good luck from Glutenfree kiwi.
