basic bread ingredients

hi guys,
i have recently bought a breadmaker but am struggling to get hold of certain ingredients, some of which i dont actually know what they are haha

-rye flour
-gluten free flour
-soy/linseed
-various seeds etc

and just anything anyone thinks is good for bread.

is anyone able to write me a basic bread making ingredients list that i could stock up on and where to buy these from in Dunedin?

Hi sammy, what brand of Bread maker did you buy. I have a Panasonic, in fact I have 2 models, I use 1 to make my husbands bread (normal) and the other 1 for my GF bread. you can buy all those ingredients from Health 2000 in Centre City Mall where New World is, also New World sell most of those dry ingredients. does you breadmaker have a gluten free timer on it. there a lot of delicious G/F receipes books on the market, go to Whitcoulls, or Paper plus. or the local library. look on the internet thru Google. Also your B/M should have a receipe book with it, there will be g/f receipe in it for bread.
If you are new to the g/f world you will notice that the gf flour is nothing like normal flour to mix.. good luck with your shopping..
