Behive Rindless Eye Bacon is naturally wood smoked, honeycured, and delicious. I use this bacon as it has less fat, so I find I am buying more bacon and less rind.

The label does not specifically state Gluten Free But It's ingredients appear fine.

Ingredients

Pork, Water, Salt, Mineral Salts, Sugar, Antioxidant.

A great bacon to throw in those summer salads for a salty zing.
