I was making a Gluten free platter and tried out Blackball Chorizo which is gluten free... This stuff is great. I grilled it a little in the sandwich Press, and Blotted off the Excess fat with a Paper Towel... It was Fantastic With Gluten Free Pesto and Cheese.

Love there Gluten free products... fantastic.

I first tried a few of there products at the Gluten Free Expo Earlier This Year in Christchurch.
