The information I get when trying to find out how to check for the right dough consistency in my bread machine is "It should be somewhere between cake batter and cookie dough." My problem is I couldn't tell cake batter or cookie dough from ice cream, Is there a finger test or some way to tell if the dough is the right consistency?
