Place all ingredients into bread maker bucket (in order dictated by your Bread maker manual).
Bake approximately 4 hours. Remove from bread maker once cooked (don't want it to go soft).
You Can alter recipe by Adding 1/4 to 1/3 c chopped sunflower and pumpkin seeds OR for a Fruit version add 1t cinnamon, 1 t mixed spice and 1c sultanas/mixed fruit.
