Like so many people dealing with acne, we must question the cause of such a condition, and one possible cause cause be a food allergy. There have been a number of studies into the role of dairy in causing acne, and are mixed feeling by scientists, but some have found dairy products to cause cystic like acne. Cystic acne are like nodules, They are extremely sore red, swollen and infected, And usually need dermatologist treatment.
