Like so many people dealing with acne, we must question the cause of such a condition and one possible cause cause be a food allergy. Now I know there are a number of myths about what gives you acne, many of which have been dispelled, but from my personal experience food allergies play a big role in my acne!

So many people go through life without realizing you really are what you eat! This was a theory frequently pushed by doctors and teachers through out my obese childhood... To which I scoffed, but now, theres nothing to be scoffed at! 

Food matters! It effects your energy level, health, skin, bodily functions, and mental abilities. So it can certainly pay to think about what your eating.

There have been a number of studies into the role of dairy in causing acne, and are mixed feeling by scientists, but some have found dairy products to cause cystic like acne.

Cystic acne are like nodules, They are extremely sore red, swollen and infected, And usually need dermatologist treatment.
