All three of the Dakota Prairie All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Blends are excellent! I used the all purpose gf white for christmas baking and it was fabulous! It made light and fluffy cakes and cookies. I have used the all purpose gf with millet for a range of items such as fried chicken, biscuits and cookies and had fabulous results. The all purpose with sorghum is perfect for breads and pastries and the best thing is no one knows that they are eating gluten free! The flour is milled so fine it produces excellent results that are not grainy or sandy and do no have a bitter taste at all. 5 stars!
