Hi there
These were fantastic! I used a gluten free self raising flour which was in the New World at Victoria Park. I also halved the sugar to 1 cup and added about 3/4 of a cup of oil not the 1 cup suggested. Bit of a risk but they came out supberb - still soft and chewy, a little on the bitter side but plently sweet enough! Hope they work for you!
