Does anyone in NZ grow Buckwheat as a GF product?

I would like to consider growing Buckwheat to produce GF flour. Does anyone have any experience/ advice. Where would I get commercial quantities etc

Huge amounts of buckwheat are grown in Canterbury for the asia market for soba noodles...
