More of a comment really.
As a person who has recently been diagnosed Coeliac, I am looking at everything in a new way. For several weeks I have been very strict about looking at labels and learning about replacement flours etc. I do find that I can have all the things I had before except that I have to use replacements.
One thing, however was overlooked. The weather has been very hot and I did NOT drink enough water and ended up in hospital with a blocked bowel.
It transpires that the GF programme is a little drier in texture and I should have doubled my water intake to avoid the tendency for the bowel to react in this manner.
How can I bring this matter to the attention of the society and my experience help others?
