Expresso Addiction - Gluten Free Henderson

Being a new Gluten Intolerant person, finding places out west was becoming very annoying. Very few Coffee/Cafes do Gluten Free foods, and a couple I did try, were to say the least, unaware of what Gluten Free actually means.

IE you don't mix it in the same bowl you just did a flour scone mix in, or roll out a pastry on the same pastry board. So, surprise, surprise! Expresson Addition, owners, not only know what it means, they do all the precautionary practices they should to ensure their product is gluten free.

The owner/chef does a mean Bacon, Banana and Pancake meal that is totally gluten free. She also does slices and fish cakes and other foods for the gluten free world. I

can highly recommend the foods as I thoroughly enjoy everything I have there. So, cudo's to Expresso Addiction on Great North Road, Henderson, next door to the BNZ Bank.
