Free at Last

I have had ill health most of my life from bloat to aches and pains in my joints to stomach upsets.
I am 55 years old now and just last week was confirmed with a blood test I have caeliacs.
It started with my daughter who is 32 she has also had ill health and overweight for a number of years.
It wasnt till six months ago that she was diagnosed with caeliacs also.

I visited her about 8 weeks ago and decided I would eat what she ate. Within in a week I had lost the fluid from my legs and my whole body felt so much lighter no bloat or heaviness.
Is why when I came back home and told the doctor he decided to give me the blood test to confirm.
Since then I have been on the gluten free diet as best as possible trying to find out about it all as I have not been given much advice.
Would love to find a caeliacs club or advice service
