Gluten And Dairy free these Decadent Dark Chocolate Pancakes are a rich dessert treat that you can prepare in minutes.
In a bowl prepare
1 1/2 Cup if Self Raising Gluten Free Flour
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
A pinch of Cream of Tartar
1 Egg
1 Cup of Flour
Add water slowly until it reaches the desired consistency
Mix together making sure there are no lumps.
Heat a pan with a little oil.
Place a few spoonfuls in the pan and flatten out to the desired size. Wait for bubbles to rise up over the entire pancake the turn, as the other size cooks takes 3 squares of dark chocolate and melt on top.
This is very rich so you only need one... or you can be like me, embrace your inner child, and make it into a gluten free chocolate sandwich.!
