It’s Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free and 98% Fat Free.
I am a huge fan of the penne with a little pesto, bacon, spinach and chicken... delicious

It holds it’s shape well and tastes pretty good, cooks in 8-10 minutes and has a lovely ‘al dente’ taste.

The key is to not over cook it you want to make sure your sauce or other ingredients are cooked before you put the pasta on.
