Hi All,
I went on a gf diet about 5 years ago which temporarily seemed to make my problems go away. For the past year everything that I was experiencing before (joint pain, low iron, night sweats, severe fatigue, irritability, depression) is back. I am still on a strict gf diet and have been tested by my family dr for just about everything. The dr says that all my tests are coming back fine but I am thinking maybe I should try cutting out sugar? Or any suggestions/feedback from anyone out there experiencing this would help so much. I am only 22 and dont want to feel crappy anymore.
