Gluten Free Annies Cafe & Wine Tasting Room

Yesterday I had the pleasure of lunching in the sun at Annie’s Cafe, and tasting some Amazing St Lukes Sauvignon Blanc from The Tasting Room.

Their cabinet and Menu had a number of fabulous gluten free options, from savoury to sweet.

I indulged in some Asparagus and Salmon Frittatas with Salad... which was fantastic! The cake cupboard looked very impressive with 4 or 5 options that were gluten free.

They had soups, salads, frittatas and gluten free bread... so they are the perfect place to stop and you can find them on the main highway.

Annie’s also make a number of fruit and health products, which are all gluten free.

I stocked up on some fruit leather and fibre bars while I was there... Tasty and great for kids lunches.

Perhaps the best thing about the day was popping open a bottle of St Luke 2006 Sauvignon Blanc, which was amazingly fresh and light with a slight sweetness that made it perfect with a light lunch.
