What You Need:
1 Pack of Gluten Free Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes Mix
2 eggs (or if egg free substitute eggs and water with 425ml of water)
330ml of water.
Method:
Empty the packets contents into a bowl and add 330 ml (11fl.oz) Water. 2 eggs (beaten lightly). Stir all ingredients into a smooth batter with a whisk.
Lightly grease and heat a frying pan (make sure its not to hot as you do not want them to stick and burn)
Pour Batter into a frying pan, and cook over a low-medium heat. When the edge of the pancakes appear to be cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and good the other side until golden brown.
