Gluten Free Apricot Chicken Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients
4 bone-in, thighs or legs
corn flour to coat
2Tbsp apricot jam
2Tbsp tomato sauce
2Tbsp Organic Tamari Soy sauce GF
Instructions
Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towel
then shake them in corn flour, set aside.
In a small bowl mix together remaining ingredients put half into slow cooker and put chicken pieces in then put the rest of the mixture on top with a 1/2 cup of water, mix a little.
Cook on high for the first 4hrs, then low for the rest of the day! Serve with rice and veggies :)
