Gluten Free At Lyttelton Farmers Market

The Lyttelton Farmers Market has gluten free options. It happens every Saturday from 10am to 1pm, in the grounds of Lyttelton Main School, Oxford Street, Lyttelton, New Zealand. This market has been running since the beginning of September 2005 and has a strong following every weekend.

The Streets of Lyttelton are lined with people with their reuse able shopping bags ready to stock up on everything from organic product, to herbs for the garden, to spreads, dips, cakes, meat and more.

The best thing is there are gluten free options spread through out the market.

From Italian Cakes, To Gluten Free Chocolate and Desserts, To Spreads and Dips, To Antipasto Delights, To Organic Meat, To Vegetables and Fruits, To Cheeses.... and so the list goes on.

I even managed to find gluten and dairy free options out there.

I could happily visit here once a week to do my gluten free shopping, the produce always looks amazing bright and tasty, there are ample spreads and oils to cook with, and the meat does not seem to shrivel up when you cook it like that of supermarket brought meat.
