My Gluten, Dairy, Egg, And Soy free baking is not right.

Everything comes out hard as a rock. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Betsy, can you give us some description about the type of things you are putting in it?

Are you using a rising agent?

Are you using a gluten substitute?

I find gluten free cooking requires less oil and I generally do not have to mix or cook it for ad long.

Are you using a variety of flours? or just one? A mix usually works well, I like to mix rice flour & tapioca flour.

Are you using a gf recipe or adapting an old one?
