Gluten Free Bangers And Mash
Time for tasty Gluten Free Bangers and Mash! I have been cooking up a storm in my gluten free kitchen, with the blackball sausage I picked up from the Gluten Free Expo in christchurch... YUM YUM YUM
Check out this recipe for gluten free bangers and mash, with a tomatoes and red wine sauce.
Ingredients
1 Onion gluten free bangers and mash ingredients
6 Blackball Sausages
1 Jar Gluten free Pasta Sauce
1 Jar of Gluten Free Chopped Tomatoes and Basil
Spinach (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic
1/2 Glass of Red Wine (optional)
5 Medium Sized Potatoes (Peeled and Chopped)
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees
Remove the Gluten free sausages from the Pack, Pierce and boil for 15 minutes until almost cooked.
Chop Onion and Combine Onion and garlic, With Pasta Sauce, Chopped Tomatoes, Red Wine, and Spinach in a Casserole Dish. Stir. Place Boiled Sausages in the Casserole Dish, and Bake at 180 Degrees for 20-30 mins Until well heated through.
While Casserole Is Cooking, Boil the Potatoes Until Soft, Then Drain them, and mash with a little milk and butter!
Serve with Steamed Vegetables I am serving mine with Carrots and Beans
* This Recipe is made with a lot of sauce ( I like to use the extra sauce to flavour the my mash and veges, You can leave out the red wine if you like a thicker sauce)
Always Check the ingredients are gluten free, if they contain gluten to not eat them.
