Lets Make Gluten Free Meat Patties
500g Premium Mince1 Onion Finally Diced2 Table spoons of Tomato SauceFinely Chopped Italian Basil1 Egg1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Bread CrumbsSalt and PepperCombine the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Take a handful of the mixture and
roll in a ball. Flatten out into a patty (You do not want it to be to thick otherwise it
makes it harder to cook and handle). I like to individually wrap mine and place them in the
freezer for future use.
You can throw these on the BBQ, Grill, Bake or Fry... I like to cook mine then throw a
little cheese on top to melt.
They taste great served between Gluten Free Hamburger buns (make your own, or buy them, I got some great little buns from the Totally Gluten Free Bakery in Christchurch).
