I had lunch there today and was told there was a gluten free option on one of the dishes (it normally came served with couscous). I asked for the gluten free option. When it came it had couscous on the plate.
I was told the Chef had said it was gluten free. I suggested he read the box. The waitress then returned and showed me the box with the ingredients clearly marked "durum wheat semolina".
Apparently the chef still insisted semolina was gluten free! Even when I insisted it was not, the waitress kept insisting it was ok to eat. I had to ask her to remove the couscous from the plate.
I am very hesitant to eat here again with this level of ignorance. What else is the chef putting in other so called gluten free dishes?
