Gluten free blood tests

Hi there,

I strongly suspect I am "gluten intollerant as I have various symptoms whenever I eat wheat/gluten. I would like to get the blood tests suggested by Dr Rodney Ford in his book "the Gluten Syndrome" Does anyone know of suitable informed doctor in Auckland that i could see for this?
