Gluten Free Hashbrowns with Bacon and Avocado...I have just made a breakfast to die for, it was a cold mourning, I was starving and wanted something big and tasty to start the day with.
Looking at the slim pickings around the house I managed to fashion this meal out of what was left in the freezer and fruit bowl at the time.
Ingredients
2 Hashbrowns
1 Big Piece of Bacon
1 Tablespoons of Hummace (I love La Bonne Cusine Original Hummace)
Sweet Chilli Sauce
1/2 Avocado sliced
Lets Make Gluten Free Breakfast
In your handy Grill put the hash browns and bacon, cook until crispy. Use a paper towel to get rid of excess grease and fat, place on a plate, top with hummace on each hash brown, drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and top with bacon and avocado... YUM.
Not the healthiest of meal... but tasty none the less... I would imagine it would make a great Sunday Brunch with some parsley to decorate!
