I have heard through the grapevine Burger Wisconsin Cashmere is now under new ownership and offer a gluten free chicken burger or let your build your own burger with there ingredients.
So I jumped into Burger Wisconsin Cashmere with a few friends the other night and decided to try one of there gluten free burgers.
They have a GF burger called the "Gluten Free Chick" on the menu or you can custom make a burger.
I decided to add a gluten free bun to there beef, bacon and avocado burger ($2 for the gf bun). The burger cost me around $14-15 for a large and the burgers was huge! and the filling from yummy!
My only suggestion to the kitchen would be with regards to the gluten free bun which was a bit crumbly - this can easily be fixed!
This often happens with gluten free bread as it dries out easily - I find it is best to freeze gluten free bread the day it is cooked and toast any gluten free bread from frozen.
You really have to heat the bread through to stop the "Crumbling" effect gluten free bread can sometimes have.
My Suggestion - Ask them to toast your bun for extra long until it is toasted completely through - (wrapping the bun in grease proof paper is a great way to stop cross contamination if there has been other bread on the grill).
Good to see you offering GF burger wisconsin.
