Gluten Free Burgers - Burger Wisconsin Christchurch

I had a bit of trouble the other night that left me a bit annoyed with these guys.

I was hungry and to lazy to cook on Friday night so I decided it was time to try a burger from Burger Wisconsin.

I rang my local Burger Wisconsin on Colombo St in Christchurch as I had seen a sign outside the Papanui st franchise saying they offered gluten free buns.

The girl on the phone confirmed that yes they do offer gluten free burgers but not tonight because it is to hard and they were to busy.

Now I understand the cross contamination issues in cooking in a kitchen like this... but at the same time this REALLY annoyed me - if you are going to offer a gluten free service then please BE CONSISTENT!

Is my "gluten free money" Not good enough!

So needless to say I was disappointed after deciding this was what I wanted for dinner and questioning if I should try again.

I was also glad I phoned ahead.
