If you want a gluten free caramel syrup for spicing up your coffees, desserts or drizzling on top of decadent banana pancakes then Monin Gluten Free Caramel Syrup is Perfect.

They use this at a few local cafes, so when i saw it in my local countdown I was thrilled to find out that is was gluten free.

Made is France - It oozes quality and flavour and seemed to last me a reasonable amount of time.

I brought it simply to save me money - as I seem to have an addiction to adding soy and caramel to my usual latte at cafes and that gets me up to around the $5 mark just for a coffee.
