I have just sat down with a nice black coffee and a slice of Gluten Free Caramellow Slice from the Ginger Bread Man in Christchurch.

I picked it up from the Gluten Free Expo In Addington Christchurch This weekend... and what a great expo it was.

The ginger bread man had plenty to offer, but this was perhaps one of my tastiest purchases for the day.

The Slice Contains:
Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Butter, Eggs, Condensed Milk, Vege Gum, Flavourings, Golden Syrup, Chocolate and Gelantine.

It is the perfect slice to sit down with a coffee and a good book and I give it 5 Stars... A Favorite of the gluten free kiwi!
