4 Livwell Free From White Buns
1 Chicken Breast sliced into four thin pieces
2 Rashers of Bacon chopped into quarters
1 Avocado
1/2 Jar of Spinach and Basil Cashew Pesto
Olivio
Gluten free BBQ Sauce
Gluten Free sandwich Press.
Place the chicken and bacon on the sandwich press and cook until tender.
Cut the buns into halves, spread with Olivio and toast lightly on either side in the sandwhich press until heated through and golden.
Place the pesto on one half of the bun and spread avocado on the other side.
Stack the chicken and bacon on top of the avocado and bread, top with BBQ Sauce and put the pesto bun on top.
Serve with salad or gluten free fries.
A great little burger... I miss the days of being able to cook burgers for dinner.. so livwell gluten free buns are a god sent!
