50g of butter
1 tsp of curry powder
1/2 a can of coconut cream
spinach
1 1/2 cups of chicken stock
melt the butter in the pan
put your chopped chicken in stir it round for a while then add the coconut cream and spinach and chicken stock and cook till the chicken is ready!
then wala you got your self a nice chicken curry (nice with rice)
