Cake1 Pkt Orgran Chocolate Cake Mix
165 Mls Water
2 Eggs
60g Butter
Topping 1 Pkt Orgran Chocolate Mousse Mix
250 Mls Water
Chocolate Curls and Raspberries
Instructions
The Best thing about using organ products is the instructions are on the packet... Simply make up the cake according to the packet instructions, leave it to cool.
Make the mousse according the the instructions, and add ingredients appropriate for your allergies (eg. replacing eggs or milk). Spread the mousse over the cake, and then decorate with chocolate shavings and place fresh raspberries around the edges. (Sometimes its nice to cut the cake in half and fill with mousse)
