I hope everyone in the Christchurch area is okay after the quake this Friday.
My office and house seem to be okay, except for a brief period without power and water.
The only damage was the container of sugar that fell out of the cupboard onto my foot when I opened it to make a cup of tea the next morning.
It is amazing how situations like these make your think about planning for a gluten free disaster.
Luckily I have a few weeks supply of tinned tuna and pineapple... but that would make for a boring meal!
