I eat here quite often with my husband and friends who are not gluten intolerant. Sharon is celiac herself and all the staff are very conscious about serving the right food.

Her GF food includes quiches, toasted sandwiches, paninis, several cakes and slices (changing daily)etc etc. I've even seen GF ice cream cones there for the kids.

Great setting overlooking the estuary. Indoor and outdoor eating. They sell antiques as well.

Very worthwhile visiting.
