It has been a long time since I have seen a menu that can be done completely gluten free... the T house is a Refreshing Informal Restaurant in the seaside town of Christchurch.

The restaurant menu ranges from a simple BLT, to sushi with miso and tea smoked chicken, smoked salmon or vegetarian stirfry noodles with veges.

The best thing would be the huge selection of Tea's, Chai and cakes and slices... a great little spot for a meal or a snack.

Licensed. Open 7 days 9am - late.

The 't' house is no longer there, but there is a coffee shop there now called 'tart deli' and it does a delicious gluten free chocolate brownie and friands, plus for lunch there is a gluten free frittata. They also stock some gluten free products in their freezer for sale to take away.
