Gluten-free Delicious Dosas at Harbourside Market

I didn't believe it until I tasted it myself. Dosas are crunchy pancakes made of fermented rice and lentils. They are so tasty! Balu and Shree make Vegan dosas and perhaps the only gluten-free food stall in the market that I have seen so far. The taste is so superior, and you can see Shree making dosas right in front of you!!!!! Visit them at the Harbourside Market on Sundays (located next to Te Papa)
