I had the pleasure of sampling some of these babies at the gluten free food and allergy show in Auckland... I have had my fair share of crumbly gluten free biscuits in my time, so was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten free biscuit with some texture to it.

I am still in the process of trying to source these at my local supermarket but you can buy them online and get them delivered to you for free if you spend over $50.
