I was having a little craving so decided to get in the kitchen and see if I could replicate the delicious corn dog flavour I sampled when I was in America,
I made these with a bag of organ cornbread mix but I think if I made them again I would make my own cornbread as I found this one to be sweeter then I would have liked.
1 Pack of Organ Cornbread Mix
1 Pack of GF Cheese Kransky's (cut in half if they are to long.
I use my mini loaves tray which had 8 small rectangles for making mini loaves.
Grease the muffin tray.
Mix up the corn bread mix according to the instructions on the back.
Place a large spoonful of cornbread mix in the bottom of the loaf/muffin tin
Add a Kransky (or half depending on how big they are.
Spoon in more mix until the Kransky is completely covered
Bake according to the instructions on the pack for cooking cornbread.
These are so cute and delicious. I served mine with gluten free mild american mustard and gluten free tomato sauce as a snack while we watched a few movies.
Really cute little snack and SUPER easy to make.
