Todays snack of the day is an old favourite... often overlooked.
I have been feeling a little sluggish lately, and noticed that I am a bit jigglier then I would like so I am trying to replace candy and junk food with natures candy and snacks.
Today I steamed up 1 head of corn for 5 minutes then added a little butter, salt and a LOAD of freshly cracked black pepper.
DELICIOUS!
Sometimes I forget how effective of a seasoning salt and pepper is. Simplistic yet YUMMY
