This is an excellent question. I went to throw some curry powder into my gluten free Mac and Cheese not so long ago, only to find my trusty pack had traces of gluten in it from the vinegar.
I would suggest looking at your local Indian or Asian supermarket for an alternative. I know gluten free mall stocks a curry sauce, or the Pataks range has gluten free curries. But would also love to know about buying curry powder for my cooking,
