Try out this vegan loaf, its bursting with flavour.
This
recipe works best if you pre soak the fruit ingredients
for maximum
flavour
Ingredients:
350g chopped dates
150g chopped crystallized ginger
1 cup crushed pineapple in natural juice
1/2 cup GF flour or baking mix
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t ground ginger
Lets Make Loaf:
Preheat
your oven to 160C .
Soak dates, ginger and pineapple overnight.
Sift
over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake for approximately 50
minutes or until cooked
