Hi,
I was on a gluten free diet for a few weeks since I noticed that wheat products were giving me gluten intolerant symptoms.
I recently decided to re-introduce gluten to make sure that this was my problem. I noticed that after eating gluten, I didn't have an immediate reaction which lasted several days.
How long does it take to feel the symptoms of gluten after you eliminate if from your diet?
Are the reactions instantaneous or is it a gradual reaction?

Personally I get a reaction withint 20 minutes, itching and sore tummy and brain fogg.
Do you realise that not all wheat free products are gluten free.
