Gluten Free Drinks Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic?

(New Zealand)

I am wondering what you can or can not drink when are you gluten free?

I know I cannot eat gluten, but i do not want to drink it either? Are there any hot drinks I should watch out for?

Lots of Gluten Free drinks
by: LESLEY

I have read that white wines are ok, and most reds. They say other alcoholic drinks are distilled so are ok.

Im finding my body gets stressed to the max with even one wine right now and it causes me pain in my stomach.

Im going to have to do more trial and error
