Formosa Delight in Albany Street has a number of gluten free meals, clearly marked on their wall menu, and even do really nice gluten free versions of their wheel cakes and almond crunch for afters. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding gluten intolerances.

Meals are also reasonably priced. One of my favourites is a shrimp meal with mushrooms, vegetables, rice and shrimp of course. Eat in or take away.
