Hi Everyone, Not to sure if everyone knows that this is on or not... I only saw a sign in passing, and have had a lot of trouble finding information online.

Basically there is a gluten free food expo on in christchurch in May 2008

I am going to go along... so I hope if you are in Christchurch you will show your support.

I went to this and very glad I did the Zero G bread was very tasty and I would never of found out about it other wise.
I was good to see a wide veraity of food and a great turn out.
The advertising was small so if it hadn't of been for my mother in law spotting the small advertisment in Fresh choice we would never of know about it I wonder where else they advertised?
