Gluten Free Flat Bread Consumer Survey

I am a fourth year Food Technology student at Massey University. For one of my papers, a group of us are developing a gluten free flat bread and part of this development requires a consumer survey. We are wanting mainly people with coeliac disease or a gluten intolerance, but as we need over 100 responses, people without these are still welcome to fill it out.

The survey has now closed - sorry about this. I originally submitted this question over a month ago but it didn't appear while the survey was active. We obtained enough respondents for our assignment so therefore analysed the results we had. Sorry for any confusion.
